Our studio is made for couples exploring the east of Puerto Rico. It is within walking distance of popular attractions: including Seven Seas Beach, Las Cabezas de San Juan, the Croabas Bay water taxi and bioluminescent lagoon tours, and a restaurant. Just 20 mins away from the Ceiba Ferry terminal to Vieques and Culebra, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. If you're looking to relax on the beach or explore the island's natural beauty, our studio is the perfect home base for your adventures.
The studio is located in the safe and quaint coastal neighborhood of Las Croabas, which is less than 3 miles to walk around. It is a great place to enjoy aquatic activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, and more. There are also plenty of local places to enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch, or dinner, as well as a small market for basic necessities. The area is home to several nature reserves, including Las Cabezas de San Juan, Corredor Ecológico del Noreste, and Arrecifes de Cordillera, where you can hike, snorkel, sail, and explore on organized tours or on your own.
The studio itself is fully air-conditioned and features a queen bed, a smart TV with Roku, WiFi, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and a porch with a jacuzzi to refresh after a day of exploration (no hot water on it). There is one assigned parking space for guests, and the patio is designed with privacy in mind. Additionally, there is a backup generator and water cistern to avoid mishaps during your stay.
The town of Fajardo is the hub to explore the East, with a ferry terminal that can take you to Vieques and Culebra for a day trip. Luquillo, just 10 minutes away, offers great places to taste the local cuisine, natural slides in Las Paylas, surf beaches, and much more. Naguabo and Ceiba are not as well-known but offer hidden nature secrets that lie on the Yunque Sierra by their side, such as rock climbing, hiking, and much more.
If you want to make the most of your trip, it's best to rent a car, as public transportation is not reliable. Alternatively, you can consider the private drivers recommended by the hosts. The hosts are always accessible to assist and help plan a great trip, not just at check-in.
This studio is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning to keep you cool in the tropical heat. The queen bed provides a comfortable sleeping space for two, and the smart TV with Roku and WiFi allow you to stay connected and entertained during your stay. The full bathroom is equipped with all necessary amenities, and the kitchenette allows you to prepare light meals and snacks. You can relax on the porch, which features a jacuzzi (no hot water in it) to soothe your muscles after a day of exploring. There is also one assigned parking space for our guest and the patio is designed with privacy in mind. We have a backup generator and water cistern in case of any unexpected power or water outages, ensuring that you have a hassle-free stay. Beside us we have a restaurant which on weekends might get loud depending on the activity presented.
The property is located in a prime spot with various local businesses nearby. It features a shared yard with a variety of fruit trees including mangoes, papayas, bananas, plantains, and aloe. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ area and snorkeling gear provided for exploring the nearby beaches and reefs.
I am happy to welcome my guests and provide them with information about the neighborhood and local activities. However, I understand that some guests prefer more privacy and I am happy to accommodate their preferences. It is up to the group to decide how much interaction they want with me.
Three bedroom one bathroom home fully equipped with Wifi, A/C, Smart TV and more. Fully equipped kitchen, game table. THe main room has a king bed and the two rooms have bunk bed full and twin size to comfortably accomodate 6 guest.
It has two parking spaces and it is centrally located in Las Croabas close to Seven Seas, and the bioluminiscent lagoon restaurants to choose ans much more.

1. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed on property. Pets are NOT allowed.
2. Only registered guests are allowed on property at any time.
3. The unit is privately owned.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. PARKING – Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. The vehicle is to be parked in front of the property.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath and beach towels are
included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. TOWELS: they are accounted for by housekeeping. There’s a charge for lost towels, $25.
8. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at
anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be
charged damages of up to $200.
9. DO NOT USE BATH TOWELS AS BATH MATS.
10. Guests that stay after checkout time (12:00pm) will be charged $50/hour.
11. Remove all trash, especially from the kitchen, secure in large trash bags provided, and
place in the trash barrels. If there’s trash left on the house, there will be a fine of $50.00.
12. Close windows turn a/c off and lock the house. Place the key in the designated location. Lost keys,
there’s a $50.00 fine.
12. Kitchen Cleanliness: We expect to receive the kitchen as we left it for our guests. Every
appliance, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans clean. If there’s anything left dirty on our kitchen, there
will be a $65.00 charge.
13. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited and fine by law.
14. There shall be no parties or group gatherings other than registered guests.
15. When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill.
16. We ask you to keep screens shut to keep bugs outside.
17. For our Northener friends please remember one food crumb invites an army of ants. Keep the place clean to avoid the visit of them.
18. Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or ``Mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we follow a cancellation policy based on these circumstances.

The first words out of my girlfriend's mouth as we walked through the entrance gate were, "Wow! This place is amazing!" The care and attention to detail that went into everything about the space really set the tone for our stay! The bed was very comfortable bed and the peaceful, private backyard was a great place to unwind after the days adventures!

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend and mostly just loved the location but the studio had a lot of good things about it too.
Pros:
- The backyard is set up pretty nice to hang outside in the lounge chairs or hammock and the outside shower is definitely a bonus.
- The inside is the pretty much standard but has everything you need; decent bed, nice tv, and a clean bathroom.
- It’s walking distance to the beach and there’s bars and restaurants on the street that the house is on
Cons:
- The kitchenette doesn’t offer much and the fridge isn’t full size
- The backyard shares a fence with a restaurant next door and you can hear some people in there so it didn’t feel too private
Overall we liked the stay because we were out most of the time and it was a good value in a great location. Would def book again 👍🏻👍🏻

Great place! Responsive host, always available. The place is designed for a good and relaxing getway. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and natural reserve. Very close to the Bioluminescent Bay tour companies (A must!).

Everythong was perfect. If you want to escape from to your normal life and expwrience something unique and special this os the place. This place was near evreything. Nice olace to relax in privacy with your soulmate. Thank You Cristobal!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. We walked to the beach every day. The food was great at the restaurant next door and the one across the street. The yard area is cozy and very private. We spent the evenings in the jacuzzi pool.

This place was amazing! We loved being able to sip our coffee in the morning outside on the porch and enjoy a swim late at night. Close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and shops! Loved staying there!
