Our three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on the third floor with a terrace that provides breathtaking views. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort. The unit comes with two designated parking spots located near the entrance for your convenience. Our second home is nestled in a quiet community in Fajardo, close to major hotels, authentic restaurants, and popular attractions like the El Yunque National RainForest. The apartment is perfect for those who want to explore the area's activities, soak up the sun on pristine beaches, engage in rich cultural experiences throughout the island, or even work remotely. You can take a short ride to several beaches or enjoy the community's pool and small playground with your family and friends. Feel the tranquility of sitting on the balcony and enjoying the morning breeze of the Caribbean. Rest easy knowing that 24-hour security is always present in the community. The master bedroom and living room both have ROKU TVs, allowing you to access various applications for entertainment or stream live TV. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The entire apartment has WIFI access and climate control. Additionally, the unit comes equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Our location is perfect for combining exploration of the old city of San Juan with its rich history and nightlife with the crystal clear waters of the beach and rivers that surround us. Our community prioritizes the safety and security of our guests. We have 24-hour security presence on site with regular patrols throughout the day. The pool area is secured with a gate or lock, and there is no lifeguard on duty. There is also a small playground located near the front entrance for children to enjoy. For added security, the front door of the apartment has a keypad entry that guests will receive their own passcode for. Additionally, the front door has a Ring security camera for audio and visual monitoring, located on the exterior only. There is a locked box outside the front door that contains a spare key for the apartment, which all registered guests will have access to. Community facilities are available to guests while abiding by the community regulations.

As a local resident of the neighborhood, I take pride in providing my guests with insider knowledge and recommendations on the best places to visit, eat, and explore during their stay. I am always happy to share my tips and tricks on how to make the most of your time in the area. However, I also understand that some guests may prefer more privacy and autonomy during their stay, which is why I can be as visible or invisible as you desire. I respect the group's decision on how much interaction they want and will always be available to assist and answer any questions via phone or messaging. At the end of the day, my goal is to ensure that my guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience during their stay.


La Costa is a secure gated community conveniently located near Marina Puerto del Rey and Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Our guests have access to community amenities such as the pool, tennis and basketball court, as well as two dedicated parking spaces. Rest assured that 24-hour security is always present to provide scheduled patrolling throughout the community.


Situated on the south side of Fajardo, we are approximately an hour away from the airport and just 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Nearby, you'll find a wealth of attractions to explore. For instance, just 10 minutes away, 7 Seas beach offers picturesque trails leading to stunning beaches such as Playa Escondida and Colorá. Alternatively, you can visit Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve or take a kayaking tour to the bioluminescent lagoon. Seven Seas is also home to water sports and rental shacks, plus water taxis that can whisk you away to the Cays for snorkeling and fishing tours.


If you head south for 10 minutes, you'll arrive at Ceiba Ferry Terminal, where we recommend booking tickets in advance. Meanwhile, just 20 minutes away, the town of Luquillo beckons with its many beaches, including Playa Azul, La Selva, and La Pared, as well as culinary delights served at the Luquillo Kiosk. Additionally, you can visit the nearby river and enjoy natural water slides at Las Paylas.


Finally, 30 minutes away lies the entrance to Yunque National Forest, as well as Hacienda Carabali Nature Park, Palmer culinary street, and exciting zipline adventures. There's something for everyone here, and we're excited to welcome you to La Costa.


It is highly recommended that guests rent a car for their stay. While taxi services and Uber are available, having a car will provide more opportunities to fully experience the area's many attractions. We also provide a list of private drivers and taxi services to assist you.
Please note that our location is considered rural, and as such, Uber service may be limited, which could result in longer wait times for transportation.

1. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not allowed on property. Pets are NOT allowed.
2. Only registered guests are allowed on property at any time.
3. The unit is privately owned.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. PARKING – Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. The vehicle is to be parked in front of the property.
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath and beach towels are
included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. TOWELS: they are accounted for by housekeeping. There’s a charge for lost towels, $25.
8. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at
anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be
charged damages of up to $200.
9. DO NOT USE BATH TOWELS AS BATH MATS.
10. Guests that stay after checkout time (12:00pm) will be charged $50/hour.
11. Remove all trash, especially from the kitchen, secure in large trash bags provided, and
place in the trash barrels. If there’s trash left on the house, there will be a fine of $50.00.
12. Close windows turn a/c off and lock the house. Place the key in the designated location. Lost keys,
there’s a $50.00 fine.
12. Kitchen Cleanliness: We expect to receive the kitchen as we left it for our guests. Every
appliance, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans clean. If there’s anything left dirty on our kitchen, there
will be a $65.00 charge.
13. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited and fine by law.
14. There shall be no parties or group gatherings other than registered guests.
15. When using the BBQ do not leave it unattended and after using it please clean the grill.
16. We ask you to keep screens shut to keep bugs outside.
17. For our Northener friends please remember one food crumb invites an army of ants. Keep the place clean to avoid the visit of them.
18. Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or ``Mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we follow a cancellation policy based on these circumstances.
