Our apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the fourth floor with a terrace offering stunning views. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The apartment includes two designated parking spots. Located in a serene community in Fajardo, our second home is close to several beaches, genuine restaurants, and attractions such as the El Yunque National RainForest and more. This apartment is ideal for those looking to delve into local activities, bask on immaculate beaches, immerse in the island's rich cultural experiences, or work remotely. Nearby beaches are just a short ride away, and the community provides a pool and a small playground for enjoyment with loved ones. Experience the peace of the Caribbean morning breeze from the balcony. The community assures your safety with 24-hour security. Living room is furnished with ROKU TVs for a variety of entertainment options or live streaming. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in the master and second bedroom, and two twin-size beds in the third bedroom. WIFI is available throughout the apartment. Additionally, the unit is outfitted with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Our location is excellent for exploring the historic and vibrant city of San Juan, as well as the crystal-clear waters of nearby beaches and rivers. Our community places a high priority on the safety and security of our guests. We maintain a 24-hour security presence on-site, with regular patrols conducted throughout the day. The pool area is secured with a gate or lock, and please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. Additionally, there is a small playground near the front entrance for children's enjoyment. For enhanced security, the apartment's front door is equipped with a keypad entry system, and guests will be provided with a unique passcode. The front door also features a Ring security camera for audio and visual monitoring, which is installed on the exterior only. Outside the front door, there is a locked box containing a spare key to the apartment, accessible to all registered guests. Guests are welcome to use the community facilities, provided they comply with the community regulations.

As a local resident, I take pride in offering my guests insider knowledge and recommendations for the best places to visit, dine, and explore. I'm always eager to share tips on how to fully enjoy the area. I understand that some guests may seek privacy and independence during their stay, which is why I offer flexibility in my presence. La Costa is a secure gated community conveniently located near Marina Puerto del Rey and Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Our guests have access to community amenities such as the pool, tennis and basketball court, as well as two dedicated parking spaces. Rest assured that 24-hour security is always present to provide scheduled patrolling throughout the community.


Situated on the south side of Fajardo, we are approximately an hour away from the airport and just 10 minutes from the ferry terminal. Nearby, you'll find a wealth of attractions to explore. For instance, just 10 minutes away, 7 Seas beach offers picturesque trails leading to stunning beaches such as Playa Escondida and Colorá. Alternatively, you can visit Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve or take a kayaking tour to the bioluminescent lagoon. Seven Seas is also home to water sports and rental shacks, plus water taxis that can whisk you away to the Cays for snorkeling and fishing tours.


If you head south for 10 minutes, you'll arrive at Ceiba Ferry Terminal, where we recommend booking tickets in advance. Meanwhile, just 20 minutes away, the town of Luquillo beckons with its many beaches, including Playa Azul, La Selva, and La Pared, as well as culinary delights served at the Luquillo Kiosk. Additionally, you can visit the nearby river and enjoy natural water slides at Las Paylas.


Finally, 30 minutes away lies the entrance to Yunque National Forest, as well as Hacienda Carabali Nature Park, Palmer culinary street, and exciting zipline adventures. There's something for everyone here, and we're excited to welcome you to La Costa.


We strongly recommend that guests rent a car for their stay. Although taxi services and Uber are available, possessing a car allows for a more comprehensive exploration of the area's numerous attractions. We also offer a list of private drivers and taxi services for your convenience. It is important to note that our location is rural, which may limit Uber services and result in extended wait times for transportation.

1. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited on the property. No pets allowed.

2. Only registered guests may access the property at any time.

3. The unit is privately owned.

4. Maintain the property and all furnishings in good condition.

5. Use appliances only for their intended purposes.

6. PARKING – Parking is limited to two vehicles, which must be parked in assigned spaces in front of the property.

7. Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping service is not provided. Linens, bath, and beach towels are included in the unit, but there is no daily maid service included in the rental rate. Towels are inventoried by housekeeping, and a $25 charge will be applied for any lost towels.

8. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. Flushing feminine products is strictly forbidden at all times. If such items are flushed and cause a blockage in the septic system, you may be charged up to $200 for damages.

9. Bath towels should not be used as bathmats.

10. Guests remaining after the checkout time of 2:00 PM will incur a charge of $50 per hour.

11. Dispose of all trash, particularly from the kitchen, in the large trash bags provided and place it in the trash barrels. A fine of $50.00 will be imposed if trash is left in the house.

12. Close all windows, turn off the air conditioning, lock the house, and return the key to the designated location. A fine of $50.00 will be charged for lost keys.

13. Kitchen Cleanliness: The kitchen should be returned in the condition it was provided. All appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans must be clean. A charge of $65.00 will be applied if any items are left dirty.

14. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries is prohibited and may result in a legal fine.

15. No parties or group gatherings other than registered guests are allowed.

16. When using the BBQ, never leave it unattended and clean the grill after use.

17. Keep screens closed to prevent insects from entering.

18. For our friends from the north, please remember that a single food crumb can attract an army of ants. Maintain cleanliness to avoid infestations.

The place was beautiful with a view of the ocean from the balcony or the up top terrace. Short drive to the ferry. The directions to the place were dated but we were able to find it. It’s up several flights of stairs which were no problem for us but thought it of value for anyone staying where that might be an issue. There were limited towels so plan to wash. There is a Walgreens and Walmart nearby. They charge for bags so save your bags if you feel you will make more than 1 trip to the store. We were absolutely pleased with our stay and can understand why Cristobal is a super-host!

Estuvimos por 3 dias en un viaje familiar el apartamento super comodo y todo muy limpio es una rea muy centrica con supermercado cerca restaurantes y fast food a pocos minutos el apt tiene una vista hermosa y todo lo que puedas necesitar, Cristobal es muy amable y servicial muchas gracias la pasamos muy bien.
