Settle into a comfortable first-floor two-bedroom apartment for up to four guests. Two queen bedrooms, A/C throughout the bedrooms and shared living areas, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony with an outdoor sofa make this a flexible base for ferry days, beaches, nature, and East Coast adventures.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of four registered guests based on two queen beds. The indoor sofa is not a sleeper sofa and is not included in occupancy. The balcony is private to Unit 3.
Street parking is available but is not assigned or guaranteed. Visible exterior security cameras monitor exterior areas only. The property does not have a backup generator or water cistern. Laundry is planned but is not currently offered as a guest amenity.
Unit 3 is a first-floor two-bedroom apartment designed for families, two couples, or small groups of up to four guests. Each bedroom has one queen bed and A/C. The shared living, kitchen, and dining area is also air-conditioned.
The apartment includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas oven and stove, a dining area, a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and one bathroom with shower and hot water. A private balcony with an outdoor sofa offers an additional place to sit and enjoy time between East Coast adventures.
The indoor sofa is intended for seating only and is not approved as a sleeping space.
Guests have private access to the entire Unit 3 apartment and its private balcony. Unit 3 is located on the first floor. Entry is through the assigned Unit 3 entrance using a numbered lockbox. The access code and final arrival instructions are provided separately before check-in.
Guests do not have access to other apartments or restricted operational areas. Street parking is available nearby but is not assigned or guaranteed.
The property is locally managed by Tropical Breeze Escapes / Enlace Management LLC. Guests may contact the management team through the booking platform, phone, or text. Final response standards and emergency contacts remain to be approved before publication.

Unlike traditional hotels, the property functions as a practical home base near the Ceiba Ferry Terminal and José Aponte de la Torre Regional Airport, allowing guests to easily reach Vieques, Culebra, Fajardo, Luquillo, Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach, Cabezas de San Juan, and El Yunque National Forest.

Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter, remain overnight, or use the assigned apartment and any unit-specific guest areas.
Children and anyone requiring assistance must be supervised, especially near the road, entrances, parking areas, stairs, balconies, and exterior access areas.
Maintain considerate noise at all times. Speakers, amplified music, shouting, and disruptive activity are not permitted in exterior or shared-access areas. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Parties, events, smoking, vaping, and unapproved commercial use are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable requirements.
Street parking is unassigned and not guaranteed. Keep entrances, stairs, driveways, and operational access areas clear.
Do not share lockbox, key, or temporary access information outside the registered party.
Use only the assigned apartment and its approved guest areas. Other apartments, locked storage, the laundry area, utility areas, and restricted operational areas are not available to guests. Unit 3 and Unit 5 balconies are private to those units; Unit 4 and Unit 6 have no balcony.
Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is operating, where applicable, and turn off lights and A/C when leaving.
Use the kitchen for normal meal preparation. Do not leave the gas stove, oven, microwave, or other appliances unattended.
Laundry access is not available. Sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.
The property has no backup generator and no water cistern.
Visible exterior security cameras record video and do not record audio. Cameras monitor exterior areas only.
Unit 5 and Unit 6 require stairs. Unit 6 has no A/C; fans are provided in both bedrooms and the living room.
At checkout, wash dishes, leave the kitchen orderly, dispose of bagged trash in the designated front collection area, turn off lights and A/C where applicable, lock doors, secure or return keys as instructed, and message the host if assistance is needed.
For an immediate threat to life or property, call 911 first and contact the host when safe.
