A practical two-bedroom apartment for up to four guests, with one queen bed, two twin beds, and one full bed, plus a kitchen, living and dining areas, TV, and Wi-Fi. Located on the second floor with rear stair access. This unit has no A/C; fans are provided in both bedrooms and the living room. A value-focused base for ferry days and East Coast exploration.
Unit 6 is located on the second floor and is accessed through the rear of the property by stairs that lead directly to the apartment entrance.
This unit does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided. Guests who require A/C should select another Casa Ceiba unit.
Unit 6 has no balcony. Street parking is not assigned or guaranteed. Visible exterior security cameras monitor exterior areas only. The property has no backup generator or water cistern. Laundry is unavailable to guests with no activation date but is not currently available.
Unit 6 is a two-bedroom second-floor apartment for up to four guests. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and one full bed. Maximum occupancy remains four guests.
The apartment includes a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas oven and stove, a dining area, a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and one bathroom with shower and hot water.
Unit 6 does not have A/C. Portable fans are provided. The apartment does not have a balcony. Guests should review these conditions carefully before booking.
Guests have private access to the entire Unit 6 apartment. Access is through the rear of the property. Unit 6 is on the second floor, and guests must climb stairs that lead directly to the apartment entrance. Entry uses the numbered lockbox assigned to Unit 6. The code and final arrival instructions are provided separately before check-in.
There is no balcony. Guests do not have access to other apartments or restricted operational areas. Street parking is available nearby but is not assigned or guaranteed.
Casa Ceiba is locally managed by Tropical Breeze Escapes / Enlace Management LLC. Guests may contact the management team through the booking platform, phone, or text with questions about the apartment, arrival, or the surrounding East Coast area.

Unlike traditional hotels, the property functions as a practical home base near the Ceiba Ferry Terminal and José Aponte de la Torre Regional Airport, allowing guests to easily reach Vieques, Culebra, Fajardo, Luquillo, Las Croabas, Seven Seas Beach, Cabezas de San Juan, and El Yunque National Forest.

Only registered guests included in the reservation may enter, remain overnight, or use the assigned apartment and any unit-specific guest areas.
Children and anyone requiring assistance must be supervised, especially near the road, entrances, parking areas, stairs, balconies, and exterior access areas.
Maintain considerate noise at all times. Speakers, amplified music, shouting, and disruptive activity are not permitted in exterior or shared-access areas. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM.
Parties, events, smoking, vaping, and unapproved commercial use are not permitted.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable requirements.
Street parking is unassigned and not guaranteed. Keep entrances, stairs, driveways, and operational access areas clear.
Do not share lockbox, key, or temporary access information outside the registered party.
Use only the assigned apartment and its approved guest areas. Other apartments, locked storage, the laundry area, utility areas, and restricted operational areas are not available to guests. Unit 3 and Unit 5 balconies are private to those units; Unit 4 and Unit 6 have no balcony.
Keep doors and windows closed while air conditioning is operating, where applicable, and turn off lights and A/C when leaving.
Use the kitchen for normal meal preparation. Do not leave the gas stove, oven, microwave, or other appliances unattended.
Laundry access is not available. Sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.
The property has no backup generator and no water cistern.
Visible exterior security cameras record video and do not record audio. Cameras monitor exterior areas only.
Unit 5 and Unit 6 require stairs. Unit 6 has no A/C; fans are provided in both bedrooms and the living room.
At checkout, wash dishes, leave the kitchen orderly, dispose of bagged trash in the designated front collection area, turn off lights and A/C where applicable, lock doors, secure or return keys as instructed, and message the host if assistance is needed.
For an immediate threat to life or property, call 911 first and contact the host when safe.
