Cozy air-conditioned studio for up to two guests in Las Croabas, Fajardo. Walk to Seven Seas Beach, restaurants, tours, and Bio Bay operators, then return to a queen bed, private bathroom, Roku TV, WiFi up to 500 Mbps, a kitchen for light meals, self check-in, and one parking space. A practical East Coast basecamp for couples, solo travelers, and adventure seekers.
Beachfront Studio D puts the best of Las Croabas within easy reach. Costa Mía is beside the property, Seven Seas Beach and nearby tour options are about a three-minute walk away, and Bio Bay operators are about ten minutes away on foot. The private studio is designed for two guests and includes one designated parking space. It is also a convenient base for El Yunque, Luquillo, Icacos, Palomino, Las Cabezas de San Juan, and optional ferry trips from Ceiba. The property is beachfront, but the studio does not have an ocean view from inside.
This private studio combines a queen bed, full bathroom with shower, air conditioning, closet storage, linens, towels, and one Roku TV in a compact, comfortable layout. WiFi speeds are confirmed up to 500 Mbps and are suitable for email, video calls, and general office work, although there is no dedicated workstation. The kitchen supports light meal preparation with an induction cooktop, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. Laundry facilities and a private balcony are not available. Registered guests may use the shared patio. The beachfront studios are supported by an automatic diesel generator and shared water cistern during utility interruptions.
The reservation includes private access to Studio D and shared access to the guest patio. The property also includes other studios and a main house, so shared areas must be used respectfully and only registered guests may enter. One vehicle may be parked in the space assigned to Studio D. Confirmed guests receive the location guidance, registration details, assigned parking information, and lockbox instructions privately before arrival. Never share access credentials publicly.
We are local hosts who enjoy sharing insider recommendations for beaches, rainforest adventures, restaurants, and East Coast experiences. Guests choose how much interaction they prefer. We respect your privacy while remaining readily available by phone, text, or reservation message whenever questions or assistance arise.

Maximum occupancy is two registered guests. Visitors require advance written approval.
Keep noise considerate at all times; quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Parties, events, unapproved gatherings, and commercial activity are not permitted.
Smoking, vaping, candles, incense, fireworks, and other open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property.
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome and must remain under the handler’s control.
One vehicle is permitted. Park only in the space assigned to Studio D and keep the vehicle gate closed.
Only registered guests may use the studio, patio, parking, and property amenities. Respect guests in the other studios and the main house.
Use furniture, appliances, linens, towels, WiFi, Roku TV, and kitchen equipment responsibly. Report damage, leaks, or maintenance concerns promptly.
Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioner is operating, and turn it off when leaving for an extended period and at checkout.
Laundry facilities are not available on-site. Return beach towels and leave used towels together in the bathroom.
Keep food stored, bag household trash, and use care on wet outdoor surfaces in the tropical environment.
Check in after 3:00 p.m. and check out before 2:00 p.m. Late checkout requires advance written approval.
At departure, wash dishes, remove food and personal items, dispose of trash, turn off the air conditioner, lights, TV, and unnecessary appliances, lock the studio, return the key to the lockbox, and send a departure message.
For an immediate threat to life or property, leave the area if needed and call 911 first. Follow official safety and closure instructions.

First studio I was in didn’t work out due to a minor shower issue but host moved me to another studio that was very nice. This other studio did seem to have an ant problem but luckily there was some ant spray that I used where I saw them most and it seemed to get a lot of them.

A great place for a getaway while still connected enough to do things. Clean, fast Wifi and full use kitchen. Not super quiet due to neighbors and roosters but manageable. Walkable to big beach. Would go again

Everything is close bye 3 beaches you can walk to plus the ferry in ceiba to culebra and Vieque. Great food highly recommend mofungo with garlic sauce and vanilla flan

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days and loved it! It’s across the street from the beach with restaurants around it, and within a short drive to some of the other places in town. Cristobal was so helpful sending specific instructions for check in and tips to make our stay more memorable. We did notice you can hear a lot of what happens outside and were woken up by the roosters early each morning!

Cristobal is very responsive. We didn’t plan for the need to earlier check in. I tried to contact Cristobal, and I was lucky Cristobal is able to accommodate on the day, and responded that I can check in early only 20 minute’s later.
The apt has everything thing you will need to a perfect beach day, Including different kinds of cooler, foldable chair, snorkel gear, and beach towel.
The best is the location. We were able to go to bio bay for night bioluminescence snorkel only 2 minutes away. We didn’t have to wait in line to rinse off in cold showers at the shore.
And there are great restaurants around.
I will definitely recommend this Airbnb for those would like to kayak in Bio bay.

This location is perfect, owners texted us everything we needed before we arrived even sent pictures of gate and where to park, beach is a few steps away and in the morning we had the entire beach to ourself, highly recommended staying here.

This place is not the tag Ma Hall, but it’s super clean, no bugs. The best customer service I have ever had. Beach Front, , great activities, and many are free. This is my new vacation spot to stay. … very private stay.😉

It was a wonderful stay. Great communication. Good AC. Perfect space for two people. Cooler and beach chairs were available making it super easy to walk over for a nice beach day and close enough to run back to use the bathroom. The one thing that could improve is having an outdoor shower so guests don’t drag in excess sand from the beach.

They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.

Everything went really smooth and problem free. Great communication from the management. We communicated through WhatsApp and any of my questions were answered within minutes.
Location is great: 1-2 minutes walk to Seven Seas beach and right next to Costa Mia restaurant with really good fish tacos

I found the location to be excellent, and the kitchenette well-stocked with cooking utensils. The manager, Cristobal, was also very helpful to me when I was having lots of challenges accessing the internet. I very much appreciated his kindness and help finding places nearby.
