Villa Mango Alcanfor is a peaceful countryside retreat for couples, solo travellers, remote workers, and adventure-minded guests. Located on the second floor of an intimate six-studio property, it combines private studio comfort with a shared ground-level pool, tropical surroundings, free parking, and attentive local support. Use Alcanfor as your basecamp for Seven Seas Beach, Las Croabas, Bio Bay tours, Luquillo, El Yunque, local dining, shopping, and ferry connections—all conveniently reached by car. The experience is relaxed, practical, and authentically Puerto Rican rather than beachfront or resort-style.

Alcanfor is one of six private studios at Villa Mango and welcomes up to two registered guests. Located on the second floor, it is reached by stairs and does not have elevator access. Inside, one queen bed, air conditioning, a sofa for seating, and a dining table create a comfortable place to recharge. Reliable Internet by Air WiFi supports browsing, communication, streaming, and general remote work; a dedicated office-chair setup is not confirmed. A Smart TV is available for personal streaming accounts. The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware for food storage, reheating, coffee, and simple meal preparation. The private full bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, hot water, and towels. Guests share a ground-level pool open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., BBQ area, patio, tropical grounds, and complimentary washer-dryer combination unit. Fresh linens, towels, beach towels, and an insulated cooler bag are provided. Free parking is included for one vehicle. Diesel backup generators and water cisterns help support the property during utility interruptions, and the on-site restaurant operates on weekends.

Guests have private use of Alcanfor Studio on the second floor. Stair access is required, and elevator access is not available. Guests also share the ground-level pool, BBQ area, patio, tropical grounds, complimentary washer-dryer combination unit, and assigned parking. One vehicle is permitted. Self-check-in uses a lockbox. Confirmed guests receive the digital arrival guide, navigation landmarks, parking instructions, and lockbox details privately before arrival. Access credentials are for the registered party only. Other studios, staff areas, maintenance spaces, the restaurant kitchen, and neighbouring property areas are not included in guest access.

Maximum occupancy is two registered guests. Visitors are not permitted.

Children must remain under direct adult supervision and count toward the two-guest maximum.

Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Keep noise considerate at all times and respect neighbours, restaurant operations, and other Villa Mango guests.

Parties, events, disruptive gatherings, and unauthorized commercial activity are not permitted.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio or in shared Villa Mango areas.

Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome and must remain under the handler’s control.

One vehicle is permitted. Park only in the assigned Villa Mango area and do not block entrances, roads, restaurant operations, or another guest’s vehicle.

Keep access credentials private, do not prop open entrances, and return the studio key to the lockbox before departure.

The pool, patio, covered common area, tropical grounds, and laundry are shared. Pool hours are 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Follow posted rules and do not enter restricted, staff, maintenance, restaurant-kitchen, owner, or neighbouring areas.

Use furnishings, linens, towels, appliances, electronics, and amenities responsibly. Report damage, spills, leaks, or maintenance concerns promptly.

Keep exterior doors and windows closed while the air conditioner is operating. Turn off the air conditioner, lights, television, and unnecessary appliances when leaving and at checkout.

The kitchenette is for food storage, reheating, and coffee preparation. It has no stove or cooking utensils. Use appliances only as intended.

Use WiFi lawfully and sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure. Shared laundry is complimentary; follow posted instructions and use it considerately.

Store food properly, bag household trash, use designated bins at the property entrance, avoid feeding wildlife, and use care on wet outdoor surfaces.

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and checkout is before 2:00 p.m. Late checkout requires advance written approval.

Before departure, leave used towels inside, wash used dishes, remove food and trash, return items to their places, turn off utilities, close windows, lock the door, return the key to the lockbox, and message the host.

For an immediate threat to life or property, leave the area if necessary and call 911 first. Follow official instructions during storms, flooding, closures, and utility interruptions.
