Se permite un vehículo. Estaciona solamente en el espacio asignado frente al Estudio K y mantén cerrado el portón vehicular.
Las áreas compartidas son para huéspedes registrados. Respeta a otros huéspedes, vecinos, áreas restringidas y los avisos de playa o clima.
Usa responsablemente los muebles, ropa de cama, toallas, equipos, aire acondicionado, WiFi y Roku TV. Informa de inmediato cualquier daño, filtración o situación de mantenimiento.
No hay lavandería en la propiedad. Usa la toalla de playa provista y devuélvela al estudio.
La entrada es después de las 3:00 p.m. y la salida antes de las 2:00 p.m. La salida tardía requiere autorización previa por escrito.
Al salir, lava los platos, retira alimentos, coloca la basura en los contenedores designados, deja las toallas usadas juntas en el baño, apaga el aire acondicionado y equipos innecesarios, asegura puertas y ventanas, devuelve la llave a la caja de seguridad y avisa al anfitrión.
Ante una amenaza inmediata a la vida o propiedad, sal del área si es necesario y llama primero al 911. Sigue las instrucciones oficiales durante tormentas, inundaciones, cierres u otras emergencias.

El lugar está situado en un área tan perfecta porque estás en el medio de donde escoger y muchas cosas para hacer, tienes al lado la playa solo a pasos y a pasos de muchos kioskos pero ala hora de descansar es tan relajado el lugar y muy silencioso!! El studio es muy bonito casi olía a nuevo!!! Y el baño y la cocina totalmente impecables con todo los utensilios necesarios, Gracias Cristobal que Dios bendiga ese canto de terreno y q sea más próspero!!! Muchas bendiciones…

I gotta say, we have stayed at Cristobal’s place about 14 times. It’s our go to whenever we are on the east side. This place is perfect and everything works as it should. Close to 7Seas beach, pubs and restaurants. Some are walkable. Cleaner and more comfortable than the Ritz. Great size units with plenty of room.

This peaceful cottage was the perfect stay for our 2 nights in Fajardo. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach that stretches for miles. There were only about 5 other people at the beach when we went, making it a quiet, private getaway that felt like we were on our own island. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Cristobal’s. Location couldn’t get any better. Lots of restaurants, right across from the beach, and a little store down the street. I was worried about finding it at night, but it was easy. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing to mention is that on the amenities list it says beach towels, umbrellas, and snorkel gear. There were beach chairs and a cooler. Just a heads up to bring your own beach towels.
We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

What a location! Beautiful beaches within feet and even more secluded beaches and hikes within walking and driving distance. Cristobal was helpful and responsive and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. He had great recommendations and was ready to answer any questions we had. Cozy apartment only a few steps from the beach. Very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen. Ideal for 2 people, also for longer stays. Quiet neighborhood.

This is right across the street from Seven Seas Beach and next door to Costa Mia restaurant, with the proper Puerto Rican experience of hearing a few coquis at night and seeing the wild chickens wandering into the yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the proximity to the beach, and the Costa Mia restaurant, which is pricey but great quality. We also recommend Laguna Grande Restaurant, which walking persons can easily reach, as it's literally around the right-hand corner. There's a fabulous panaderia nearby, called Panaderia Monte Brisas, that we would go to for cubanos or tripletas, and they have pan sobao, pan de agua, and good coffee. There's also a Pueblo Supermercado and Walgreens close by.
This home is well-stocked for a longer stay, and the kitchen works well for cooking in. Chilled and room-temperature water bottles were provided at check-in. I enjoyed the local coffee brands available in the cupboards and the crisp AC in the room. The bed is comfy with nice sheets, and the closet is stocked with snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and you can find a drinks cooler in the kitchen for beach days. I recommend early swims, as it does get crowded at night and on weekends during peak season.
My only issue with the area was the smell that comes from the bio bay area, as there's sludge on that beach, but this isn't anything to do with the home, just something to be aware of during your stay. It's a great, comfy house with two or three others in a square in the same yard.

Across the street from the beach. They had a cooler, chairs, and towels for the beach. We did not take the beach ball. Very happy to have a kitchen to use. Well appointed for just two of us. There was a trick to the hot water for the shower, that we solved after a quick text exchange with the manager. It was a good stay!

You could see a part of the beach unobstructed. It is very easy access across the street to the beach. It is very private area with many restaurants and gas station near by. There is a nice restaurant right in front of the apt. The parking is behind a gate so it feels secure. The room is very clean.

The room and area was great and perfect for outdoor activities we wanted to do. The only complaint is not knowing where the lock box was when we first got there at 10 pm and took a minute to realize oh there it is LOL our host was great with questions and one issue we had accidentally locking ourselves out.

Our host was amazing, he allowed early check in, gave us fantastic recommendations and was super nice all around. We loved the location and we will definitely be back. The beach and surrounding areas are really nice. People are friendly. I recommend bringing your own ice and water, because they don't sell/provide any at the property, but other than that, it's amazing for a low key getaway. Thank you SO much!

We enjoyed the simple, clean environment. We had everything we needed and did some cooking in the mornings but also loved Costa Mia which was the restaurant right next door. The location was perfect for access to the beach. The only thing we had an issue with was running out of a few supplies like toilet paper and garbage bags. But easy to fix, just needed a little more stock at the beginning of our stay. They did bring us more as well. Overall, we loved it and would recommend it to others!

We had a great stay at the studios. The communication was excellent! We were across from the beach and was even able to walk to a few trails. The only thing we would have liked is for the studio to have a coach and a table. There were only two plastic chairs to sit on so we had to sit in the bed to watch tv or just hang out. Other than that everything was great. We look forward to renting from them again!

Great location, walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our host, Cristobal Jimenez, was gracious and extremely responsive. I had trouble figuring out the remote for the AC unit and was there in five minutes! We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our host, Cristobal Jimenez, was gracious and extremely responsive. I had trouble figuring out the remote for the AC unit and was there in five minutes! We would definitely stay there again!

Directions to the property was great. Close to the beach. Walking distance to many places to eat and to bars. Walking distance to a small grocery store. Rental beach equipment a block away. Would stay here again.
