Una base práctica para parejas, viajeros solos y aventureros que desean explorar la costa este.
Beachfront Studio D te permite disfrutar fácilmente de lo mejor de Las Croabas. Costa Mía está al lado de la propiedad; Seven Seas Beach y opciones de excursiones cercanas quedan aproximadamente a tres minutos caminando; y los operadores de la bahía bioluminiscente, a unos diez minutos a pie. El estudio privado está diseñado para dos huéspedes e incluye un estacionamiento asignado. También es una base conveniente para visitar El Yunque, Luquillo, Icacos, Palomino, Las Cabezas de San Juan y realizar viajes opcionales en lancha desde Ceiba. La propiedad está frente a la playa, pero el interior del estudio no tiene vista al mar.
Este estudio privado reúne una cama queen, baño completo con ducha, aire acondicionado, espacio de clóset, ropa de cama, toallas y un televisor Roku en una distribución compacta y cómoda. La velocidad del WiFi está confirmada hasta 500 Mbps y es adecuada para correo electrónico, videollamadas y trabajo general de oficina, aunque no hay un escritorio dedicado. La cocina permite preparar comidas ligeras e incluye estufa de inducción, mininevera, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, ollas, sartenes, utensilios, platos, tazones, tazas y vasos. No hay lavandería ni balcón privado. Los huéspedes registrados pueden utilizar el patio compartido. Los estudios cuentan con respaldo de un generador diésel automático y una cisterna compartida durante interrupciones de servicios.
La reservación incluye acceso privado al Estudio D y acceso compartido al patio para huéspedes. La propiedad también incluye otros estudios y una casa principal, por lo que las áreas comunes deben utilizarse con respeto y solamente pueden entrar los huéspedes registrados. Se permite un vehículo en el espacio asignado al Estudio D. Los huéspedes confirmados reciben en privado la orientación de ubicación, detalles de registro, información del estacionamiento asignado e instrucciones de la caja de seguridad antes de su llegada. Se permite un vehículo. Estaciónate únicamente en el espacio asignado al Estudio D y mantén cerrado el portón vehicular.
Solamente los huéspedes registrados pueden utilizar el estudio, patio, estacionamiento y amenidades. Respeta a los huéspedes de los otros estudios y de la casa principal.
Utiliza responsablemente los muebles, enseres, ropa de cama, toallas, WiFi, Roku TV y equipo de cocina. Informa de inmediato cualquier daño, filtración o necesidad de mantenimiento.
Mantén puertas y ventanas cerradas mientras el aire acondicionado esté encendido, y apágalo al ausentarte por un periodo prolongado y al salir.
No hay lavandería en la propiedad. Devuelve las toallas de playa y deja las toallas usadas juntas en el baño.
Guarda los alimentos, coloca la basura doméstica en bolsas y camina con cuidado sobre superficies exteriores mojadas en el ambiente tropical.
La entrada es después de las 3:00 p.m. y la salida antes de las 2:00 p.m. La salida tardía requiere autorización escrita previa.
Al salir, lava los platos, retira alimentos y pertenencias, bota la basura, apaga el aire acondicionado, luces, televisor y enseres innecesarios, cierra el estudio, devuelve la llave a la caja de seguridad y envía un mensaje de salida.
Ante una amenaza inmediata a la vida o la propiedad, sal del área si es necesario y llama primero al 911. Sigue las instrucciones oficiales de seguridad y cierres.

First studio I was in didn’t work out due to a minor shower issue but host moved me to another studio that was very nice. This other studio did seem to have an ant problem but luckily there was some ant spray that I used where I saw them most and it seemed to get a lot of them.

Everything is close bye 3 beaches you can walk to plus the ferry in ceiba to culebra and Vieque. Great food highly recommend mofungo with garlic sauce and vanilla flan

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days and loved it! It’s across the street from the beach with restaurants around it, and within a short drive to some of the other places in town. Cristobal was so helpful sending specific instructions for check in and tips to make our stay more memorable. We did notice you can hear a lot of what happens outside and were woken up by the roosters early each morning!

Cristobal is very responsive. We didn’t plan for the need to earlier check in. I tried to contact Cristobal, and I was lucky Cristobal is able to accommodate on the day, and responded that I can check in early only 20 minute’s later.
The apt has everything thing you will need to a perfect beach day, Including different kinds of cooler, foldable chair, snorkel gear, and beach towel.
The best is the location. We were able to go to bio bay for night bioluminescence snorkel only 2 minutes away. We didn’t have to wait in line to rinse off in cold showers at the shore.
And there are great restaurants around.
I will definitely recommend this Airbnb for those would like to kayak in Bio bay.

This location is perfect, owners texted us everything we needed before we arrived even sent pictures of gate and where to park, beach is a few steps away and in the morning we had the entire beach to ourself, highly recommended staying here.

Even the manuel gate was easy! It was exactly what I was looking for. If you want a more local feel, this is the neighborhood. The beach is literally 40 steps from your door!

This place is not the tag Ma Hall, but it’s super clean, no bugs. The best customer service I have ever had. Beach Front, , great activities, and many are free. This is my new vacation spot to stay. … very private stay.😉

It was a wonderful stay. Great communication. Good AC. Perfect space for two people. Cooler and beach chairs were available making it super easy to walk over for a nice beach day and close enough to run back to use the bathroom. The one thing that could improve is having an outdoor shower so guests don’t drag in excess sand from the beach.

They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.

I found the location to be excellent, and the kitchenette well-stocked with cooking utensils. The manager, Cristobal, was also very helpful to me when I was having lots of challenges accessing the internet. I very much appreciated his kindness and help finding places nearby.
