Villa Mango is a boutique 6-studio property designed exclusively for couples and solo travelers seeking peace and tranquility. Each studio is uniquely named after traditional Puerto Rican mango varieties: Greffe, Manzano, Hila, Tino, Alcanfor, and Rosita. We maintain a calm, relaxing environment - this is not a party property. We welcome guests who appreciate nature, quiet mornings, and authentic Puerto Rican countryside living.

On-Site Amenities & Hours:

- Pool: Available daily for guest use during daylight hours (8am-8pm). Pool is shared among Villa Mango guests only

- Restaurant: Open weekends only (Friday-Sunday). Hours vary - we'll provide current schedule upon booking

- Breakfast/Brunch Spot: Weekend mornings. Check locally for hours

- BBQ Area: Available for guest use. Please clean after use and dispose of charcoal properly

- Full AC units (please keep doors/windows closed when AC is running to conserve energy)

- High-speed WiFi throughout property (perfect for remote work)

- Uber/taxis are limited in this rural area

Good to Know:

- Beach towels and insulated cooler bags ARE provided - pack them up and head to the beach!

- The property is on a hillside with some steps - may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues

- Air conditioning is powerful but the tropical climate means studios take time to cool after being opened

- Water pressure is excellent, but please be mindful of water conservation

- Garbage collection recollected weekly - we'll let you know the schedule

You'll have exclusive access to your mango-themed studio 24/7 during your stay whether you're staying in Greffe, Manzano, Hila, Tino, Alcanfor, or Rosita, each studio is completely self-contained with private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette.

Shared Amenities (Villa Mango Guests Only):

- Pool: Full access during daylight hours (8am-8pm). The pool area includes lounge chairs and shaded seating. Pool is mainly for our 6 studios. It sometimes rented for events which we'll add to calendar whenever an event is schedule on it during the year.

- BBQ Area: Available for all guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Basic grilling tools provided. Located near the pool with mountain views

- Covered Terrace/Common Area: Comfortable seating areas perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation

- Parking: One dedicated parking space per studio included

On-Site Restaurant & Café:

Weekend access to our on-site restaurant (Friday-Sunday) and breakfast/brunch spot. These operate independently but give preference seating to Villa Mango guests. No reservations needed just walk over! Current menus and hours provided at check-in.

Property Grounds:

Feel free to explore and enjoy the property's lush tropical landscaping. There are various seating areas throughout where you can work on your laptop, read a book, or simply take in the mountain views.

WiFi & Power:

High-speed internet access throughout the entire property - strong signal in your studio, by the pool, in common areas, everywhere. And thanks to our backup generators, you'll have reliable power even during rare outages. Your work, entertainment, and comfort are never interrupted.

Beach Essentials:

Every studio includes beach towels and an insulated cooler bag. Just grab them from your studio and you're beach-ready! No need to pack bulky towels or buy disposable coolers.

Laundry Facilities:

We have Washer and Dryer for schedule use on property.

How Access Works:

Before Arrival:

24 hours before check-in, you'll receive detailed arrival instructions including:

- Your lockbox code for the keys to your studio

- Which mango studio is yours (Greffe, Manzano, Hila, Tino, Alcanfor, or Rosita)

- Property address with GPS coordinates

- Photos of the entrance and your specific studio door

- WiFi password

- My personal contact information

Day of Arrival:

Drive directly to the property, park in your assigned spot for our guest which is behind the restaurant, and use your lockbox code to get the keys to your studio. It's that simple! I'm available by phone if you have any questions, but the process is designed to be seamless and stress-free.

During Your Stay:

Come and go as you please, 24/7. There's no front desk, no check-in times to coordinate, no restrictions. The pool and common areas are available during posted hours, but your studio is your private space anytime. Recommendation: leave the keys on the lockbox anytime you leave to avoid loosing them.

Check-Out Access:

On departure day, simply lock up, place the key on the lockbox and leave by 2:00 PM. Please return beach towels and cooler bags to your studio before leaving. No need to coordinate anything else just go! (Though I always appreciate a quick message letting me know you've departed safely)

From Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU):

Drive time: Approximately 50-60 minutes

Your journey to paradise is straightforward! Rent a car at the airport (highly recommended for exploring the East Coast), and follow these simple directions:

1. Exit the airport and follow signs for PR-26 East (this becomes PR-66)

2. Continue on PR-66 East towards Rio Grande

3. Merge onto PR-3 East toward Fajardo

4. Take exit toward PR-985 to Florencio

5. Follow your GPS to the exact property address in the Fajardo countryside area

Pro Tips:

- GPS is reliable in this area – use Google Maps or Waze

- Stop in Luquillo for supplies if needed (10 minutes before arrival)

- The road to the property is paved and well-maintained

While we strongly recommend renting a vehicle to fully explore the incredible East Coast, you can arrange private transport or taxi from the airport. Budget approximately $80-100 for a direct transfer.
