Costa Real Villa is a spacious three-bedroom rooftop retreat created for families and small groups who want room to reconnect between East Coast adventures. The primary bedroom has a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. Guests have two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, comfortable common areas, a balcony, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean views. The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes excellent WiFi, Roku-equipped TVs in the living room and primary bedroom, a washer/dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and a full kitchen for preparing meals at home. Start the day with coffee and Caribbean views, explore El Yunque or the coast, then return for a relaxed evening together.

Guests have private access to the entire villa, including the three bedrooms, indoor living areas, balcony, rooftop terrace, kitchen, laundry area, and assigned parking. The community has a controlled entrance, and confirmed guests receive the required registration, navigation, parking, and self-check-in information privately before arrival. Costa Real Villa is near the El Yunque and Palmer corridor, Las Picúas and Río Mar beaches, Luquillo Beach, the Luquillo kiosks, and surf areas. Farther east, guests can explore Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve, Seven Seas Beach, Fajardo’s bioluminescent bay, and snorkeling, fishing, and cay excursions. The Ceiba ferry terminal also connects travelers with Vieques and Culebra. The area offers a peaceful home base with convenient access to many of the region’s signature experiences.

A rental car is strongly recommended because Costa Real is not a walkable destination and public transportation is not practical for most itineraries. Rideshare and taxi service can be limited or inconsistent, particularly for early departures, late returns, rainforest visits, and ferry connections. Confirmed guests receive the location information needed to reach the controlled community entrance and navigate to the villa. Assigned parking is available near the property. Airport transportation should be arranged in advance, and travelers using the Ceiba ferry should allow additional driving and check-in time.
