Its walkable Las Croabas location places Seven Seas Beach and Pirate Shack Tours about 3 minutes away, Bio Bay operators about 10 minutes away, and Costa Mía beside the property. After a beach day, kayak tour, snorkeling excursion, or rainforest adventure, return to a studio designed for two with a dedicated sitting area for relaxing together. Self-check-in, one parking space, local recommendations, and convenient access to Fajardo, El Yunque, Luquillo, Icacos, and Palomino make planning easy. The property is beachfront, although there is no ocean view from inside the studio.
Beachfront Studio Y offers a comfortable layout for two guests with a queen bed, air conditioning, closet storage, nightstands, linens, bath towels, and one Roku TV. A dedicated sitting area positioned in front of the television includes one sofa and two chairs, giving you additional space to relax after exploring. WiFi speeds are confirmed up to 500 Mbps and support email, video calls, and general office work, although there is no dedicated workstation. The kitchen is equipped for light meal preparation with an induction cooktop, full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, and glasses. The private bathroom includes a shower and showerhead-mounted hot-water heater; there is no bathtub. Registered guests may enjoy the shared patio. The studio does not have a private balcony or on-site laundry. An automatic diesel generator and shared water cistern support the beachfront studios during utility interruptions.

Your reservation includes private access to Studio Y and shared access to the guest patio and designated outdoor areas. One parking space is assigned directly in front of the studio. The property also includes other studios and a main house, so shared spaces must be used respectfully and access is limited to registered guests. Self-check-in allows you to arrive independently. Confirmed guests receive location guidance, registration information, parking instructions, and lockbox details privately before arrival. Access credentials are never published publicly.
