The property also includes other studios and a main house, so shared spaces must be used respectfully and access is limited to registered guests. Self-check-in allows you to arrive independently. Confirmed guests receive location guidance, registration information, parking instructions, and lockbox details privately before arrival. Access credentials are never published publicly.

Beachfront Studio K puts beach time, local flavors and memorable adventures within easy reach: Seven Seas Beach and Pirate Shack Tours are about a 3-minute walk, Costa Mía is next door, and Bio Bay operators are about 10 minutes away on foot. After kayaking, snorkeling or exploring the rainforest, return to a simple, comfortable retreat for two. One parking space, self-check-in and local recommendations make exploring easy. The property is beachfront, although there is no ocean view from inside the studio.

Río Grande is a natural gateway to Puerto Rico’s East Coast, where rainforest, beaches, local food, and marine adventures are all within driving reach. Costa Real Villa is near the El Yunque and Palmer corridor, Las Picúas and Río Mar beaches, Luquillo Beach, the Luquillo kiosks, and surf areas. Farther east, guests can explore Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve, Seven Seas Beach, Fajardo’s bioluminescent bay, and snorkeling, fishing, and cay excursions. The Ceiba ferry terminal also connects travelers with Vieques and Culebra. The area offers a peaceful home base with convenient access to many of the region’s signature experiences.

A rental car is strongly recommended because Costa Real is not a walkable destination and public transportation is not practical for most itineraries. Rideshare and taxi service can be limited or inconsistent, particularly for early departures, late returns, rainforest visits, and ferry connections. Confirmed guests receive the location information needed to reach the controlled community entrance and navigate to the villa. Assigned parking is available near the property. Airport transportation should be arranged in advance, and travelers using the Ceiba ferry should allow additional driving and check-in time.

The studio occupies the first floor of a gated two-level property; the second floor is private and may be occupied. Guests have independent access to their studio, porch, outdoor shower, and assigned parking. A rental car provides the greatest flexibility for wider East Coast exploration.

Fortuna’s Explorer Studio is a comfortable coastal retreat for couples or solo travelers who want a practical home base between beach days and East Coast adventures. The open studio includes one queen bed, a full private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, WiFi, a smart Roku TV, and a desk with chair. Its kitchenette supports simple meal preparation with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Step outside to the private porch for palm-tree and sea views, or use the outdoor shower to rinse away sand before returning inside. The property has municipal water supported by a cistern during qualifying interruptions, but it does not have a generator or backup power.

Guests have private access to the first-floor studio and porch, plus use of the outdoor shower and one designated parking space on the right side of the carport. The second-floor residence, balcony, and the other unit’s assigned areas are private and off limits. Confirmed guests receive navigation, gate, lockbox, key, and parking instructions privately before arrival. Access codes and detailed arrival instructions are never included in public-facing content.
